
Navigating through life has its challenges along with seemingly endless obstacles but more important than anything is that you don’t have to go through it alone. A life coaching session with V would begin with us getting to know each other a bit as I hold a safe space for you to share your story. We’ll talk through whatever you feel is going on whether it be family or relationship issues, improving financial health, career challenges, self-love and body acceptance, or just managing life one day at a time.
Along the way I’ll provide the support and guidance to teach you new tools and philosophies to reframe your perspectives, identify unhelpful patterns, and establish new habits that support your growth.
Depending on what feels right along the way we’ll work together to determine which methods to explore and we’ll continuously adapt and adjust the tools for you as you grow. Sessions may include learning the basic principles of Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, and Intuitive Eating, establishing a regular physical yoga practice, breathing exercises, meditation sessions, journal writing, and many other customized methods of healing.
