I am a teacher. I teach and guide students through Yoga Asana, Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, Pranayama, and Meditation. I promote an intuitive approach to health and healing and I reject anything connected to and supported by diet culture including body shaming and body glorifying.
The beginning of my journey looks very, very different than it does today. If you’re interested, check out the 2009 September issue of Women’s Health Magazine and the post I called just the beginning. As you do, please know that I now REJECT much of the motivations and methods for “healthy living” that I shared in those early posts.
I have a lot to share and hope to inspire a different vision of health than what diet culture has taught us these last several decades. I hope you join me on this journey.
